The Traveling Lunchbox

The Children’s Lunchbox (TCL) is a non-profit organization dedicated to feeding hungry kids in the Anchorage, Alaska area. For over 15 years TCL has been feeding at risk children through many programs during the school year and summer. In 2014, they served over 300,000 nutritious meals to hungry kids in Anchorage. TCL offers meals and snacks to 17 community programs, including dinner from scratch at two after-school programs. Additionally, they provide bags of weekend meals to every child at seven Title I elementary schools in Anchorage. The Traveling Lunchbox (TTL) is taking The Children’s Lunchbox on the road and is dedicated to feeding hungry kids across south central Alaska.
